Cisco and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) have entered into strategic alliance to develop and deliver information Technology (IT) Services solutions to

to help customers build and evolve next generation data centers by taking advantage of the network as a platform.

 

Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) and aircraft manufacturer Boeing have signed a MOU to jointly develop an analysis and experimentation Centre in India to offer customers the ability to make better informe d decisions in modernising India's defence forces.

 

Kingfisher Airlines has increased airfares for various routes in the domestic sector effective Feb 10. On flights that can sustain higher revenue, the company

has closed low fare buckets and is concentrating on selling higher fare buckets.

 

Personal computer sales during the first half of the current fiscal (April-September) saw a modest 12 per cent growth over the same period a year ago,

touching 3.69 million units. However, compared with the second half (October-March) of the last fiscal, number of computers sold in the first half of the current fiscal has declined by nine per cent in terms of unit.
